Zack Fair w- Buster Sword

After defeating Angeal, Zack is given the mighty Buster Sword, and puts the sword into good use, cutting down numerous enemies.

It soon however is put to the test when Zack uses it against Sephiroth... something that fails as Sephiroth knocks Zack into a pod and before blacking out, Zack tells Cloud to finish him off, which Cloud successfully achieves and defeats Sephiroth.

However, both are wounded and for 4 years, they are locked up and experimented on by Hojo, before they escape from the laboratory... Zack however discovers that Cloud has become poisoned by Mako Addiction (called Mako Poisoning in the Original FFVII version), and needs medical help. So Zack disguises Cloud in the uniform that Cloud always wanted to wear, the uniform of a 1st Class SOLDIER, and the two make their way to Banora where Zack finishes off Genesis, and then at the cliffs of Midgar, he meets his destiny.
